We will focus on how to create long term behavioral change of your customers, by increasing your communication skills.
Using several models and theories (for example Gialdini), we will think about how to create (more) customer compliance.
How do you convince customers? How can conscious and subconscious persuasion methods/tactics help you with this?
How do you deal with resistance? How do you 'spin' complaining customers?
Compliance, Complaints and Communication is a next level training and surely not a 'one size fits all' topic.
This is why we will begin the training by collecting personal goals of the participants. In this way, we can make sure we handle as much current topics and issues as possible.
Of course we will start the course with a general introduction and warming-up. As usual, we try to make this training again highly interactive. :-)
